Pancakes! Spotted this sign while waiting in line to get into the Anne Frank House and Museum in Amsterdam on the corner of Westermarkt and Prinsengracht. That is one monster pancake and it almost looks like the chef is about to get smacked in the face with it.
I’m not certain, but this little pancake flipping figure may be the universal sign for pannekoeken since I’ve seen it a few other places.
