Spotted this at the entrance to a bank of escalators in the Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam. I jokingly caption it: Keeps Pennywise off the escalator. If you’re a Stephen King fan, you’ll get It. 🙂
I can’t recall another instance where I’ve seen balloons specifically forbidden in a public place so this caught my eye for novelty. For context, it’s near a bunch of stands that sell tulip arangements (and presumably balloons to go with).
